Refund policy
info@curtainclippro.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return label.
Please see below for our return policy:
- Return must be postmarked within 14 days of the order delivery date
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused
- Items that are marked SALE are not accepted for returns
- Shipping and restocking charges (a flat fee of $5) will be deducted from your refund
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the items in our facility. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and depending on your credit card company it may take several business days to reflect on your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items. All sales are final sale.
Exchanges
We are currently not able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
